Common Question – How long will my divorce take?
This is a tough question to answer, as every case is different. If your case is simple (if there is such a thing as simple divorce) you may be able to have the process done in as little as 6 months. Cases that have complex issues of law, fact or division of property may take 1.5 – 2 years to complete.
